ADSM’s Associate Professor of Quality Management, Dr. McMillan C. Durugbo, just published an article on Evaluating critical institutional factors of Industry 4.0 for education reform. It is available on Technological Forecasting and Social Change (International Journal). His article identifies and evaluates critical institutional factors for Industry 4.0 from the viewpoint of 71 experts within the triple helix (university, industry, and government). Based on Delphi findings, the article proposes a national roadmap for education reform and planning technological transitions of education systems.
