During the second day of ITMO University’s International Young Scientists Conference in Computational Science, we had a captivating panel discussion on industrial-inspired AI.
A Panel of Global Experts explored the future of AI innovation and its impact on different industries. Panelists included: Dr. Abdullah El-Kwafi Abonamah – ADSM’s President & Provost, Professor of Computing, Machine Learning and Analytics, Dr. David Santandreu – Head of Educational Program Development at Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, Dr. Khem Emrith – Head of Industry Engagement at Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, Ali Yaakub – Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics at Tamara (a leading fintech firm in the GCC region), Muhammad Amir Abdullah – Assistant Vice President at Technology solutions and consulting Country manager, Dr. Konstantinos Papoutsakis – Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Mediterranean Hellenic University, Greece and Dr. Alexander Boukhanovsky – Head of School Translational Informative Technologies at ITMO University.
