ADSM’s Associate Professor of Quality Management , Dr. McMillan C. Durugbo, just published an article in Management Review Quarterly. His study investigates different factors influencing women’s participation in innovative work behaviour. Based on his research, the article proposes a gender inclusive model supporting enhanced women’s IWB participation within service firms.
