Twenty-three MBA students from the Abu Dhabi School of Management successfully completed a course entitled “Future Leaders” at Harvard University Campus.
The Emerging Leadership Program was designed to allow students to develop a broader perspective of leadership capacity. By gaining a deeper understanding of core business functions, they were given an opportunity to improve decision-making skills and learn how to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in today’s dynamic workplace. The case studies and activities used in the program were meant to re-enforce some of the key successful leadership components. In addition, the class interaction provided them with an opportunity to express themselves and communicate there thoughts with like-minded leaders.
